Day 16: Preparation
I bought these cute bento boxes (aka lunchbox) and I recommend everyone get one. They fit a lot of food but don’t take a lot of space. They are dish washer safe and microwave safe too. And they are pretty :)
Day 16 menu:
Breakfast: Strawberry smoothie
two over-easy eggs
Lunch: one piece of the ‘Dominican Chicken’ see day 3 for recipe. And some broccoli
Snack: cucumber, tomato, avocado salad.
Dinner: small piece of mozzarella and tomato salad, some fish, and a little dessert that I should not have eaten, plus some wine (that is also not part of phase 1.5).
I went to soul-cycle before dinner and was really missing some carbs. I was a little light-headed at the of the class, but I had a great, motivating workout. So yeah, I rewarded myself with a few bites of the olive cake.
