Day 18: Support
I love how supportive my friends have been during the past few weeks. Not just from giving me encouraging words, to joining me in this journey, but also making sure there is something for me to eat at their house! The table was a feast of veggies and fruits. There were cookies too, but those were a no-no.
Day 18 menu— finally on phase 2
Cottage cheese with pineapple
Lunch: chipotle salad with chicken, veggies, beans, tomato salad
Dinner: an assortment of steam and roasted veggies, and fruit.
