Day 21: need to buckle down
There are 19 days left, and I have got to buckle down. I got this.
Breakfast: scramble eggs and turkey bacon
Lunch: tuna lettuce wraps. Tuna with Omega 3 mayo, onions, tomatoes, and celery.
Snack: an apple
Dinner: a slice of pizza for the breaking bad series finale. This is what I mean about buckling down. Weekends are soooo tough. But I only have three more weekends left and I am going to do my best not to cheat the rest of the way.
Pictured above- chia seed, coconut milk, strawberry pudding (ish). Looking forward to eating it today.
