Day 32 and 33: Have your cake and eat it too.
The more days that go by the more I realize that eating healthy does not mean eating boring and tasteless. It takes some creativity and some effort, and some google searching, but you can have delicious meals!
In days 32 and 33, I’ve had my normal breakfast smoothie and boiled eggs.
New breakfast item: Ezekiel break, with almond butter and bananas, sprinkled with flax seed.
For lunch, I had various veggies from the salad bar, and added a little chicken or fish.
For dinner, I had chicken fingers! They were baked and battered with egg, salt and almond flour, pepper, and cumin.
My boo also made delicious baked chicken with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Eating all this, and adding in some exercise, and I am down 12lbs in 32 days!
