Days 36 & 37: Holy Molly that Was Good!!
As my forty day cleanse is coming to a close, I realize that making good choices is easier than I thought. Choosing to take care of me has been so rewarding. I have learned that each day I can do something that makes me feel good and proud. And I can make bad choices and that’s ok too because in life mistakes are inevitable. But if most days we do the right thing, then those mistakes can be absorbed.
What I ate the last two days:
Breakfast- day 36: omelet with veggies and feta cheese.
Breakfast- day 37: oatmeal with raisins and granola. No brown sugar.
Lunch- day 36: avocado and lentil salad from Le pain Quotidien.
Lunch- day 37: Chipotle salad with chicken sans dressing, cheese and sour cream.
Dinner- day 36: sirloin steak and broccoli. My boo cooked it and it was amazing!
Dinner- day 37: quinoa, salmon-avocado roll from whole foods.
I also had Fage with berries as a snack both days.
The muffins pictured here are for breakfast today. They are gluten-free, paleo, and delicious! I found the recipe on paleoplan.com
