Day 29 & 30: weird cravings
First off- I am a month in!
Secondly, I still have craved a muffin and a croissant when I buy my coffee BUT I have craved things like a Faye and raspberries for lunch and cantaloupe and cottage cheese for dinner- cravings I can satisfy. Weird, but I think my brain is getting re-wired.
Breakfast:Strawberry, coconut milk, almond butter smoothie.
Snack: two boiled eggs.
Dinner: cucumber, avocado roll with brown rice and a tuna roll with brown rice and a few pieces of Brussels sprouts.
Day 30 menu:
Breakfast: Strawberry, banana, coconut milk, almond butter smoothie. The banana made it so much more delicious and filling.
Lunch: a boiled egg and Faye with raspberries
Snack: a turkey sandwich.. Finally! I made it with Ezekiel bread, omega 3 mayo, organic avocado, natural turkey meat, and cow milk’s hard cheese. It tasted like heaven.
Dinner: cantaloupe and cottage cheese.
