In this session, author and producer Julissa Arce, and actor and author Chris Rivas will discuss the lack of awareness among Americans, including Hispanic/Latinos, about the rich history and contributions of our community. They will discuss how they are addressing the lack of representation in media, entertainment, and publishing through their work.
